Ramadan ShoppingApparently, Sarina & I was out looking for Sharon's birthday present today. We searched high and low for the best deal in town for
Salvatore Ferragamo Perfume. And somehow, Sarina made a
*HUGE* purchase for herself too. I'm not sure if i should reveal it here in my blog. She might want to share the news herself on hers so i'll just leave it to her to unravel the surprise. But i must say that i'm excited and
JEALOUS!! LOL! Another accomplishment on her wish list.
We then head out to Geylang Bazaar. The
hot spot for shopping this beautiful Ramadan. We first made our way to Joo Chiat Complex Islamic bookstores to look for a Quran in English Translation for Sharon. Zai & I shared cost and this is our birthday gift to Sharon.
Yes! Sharon in not a muslim but surprisingly she asked for a Quran for her birthday. Allahu akhbar... this is more than our pleasure not to decline for our fellow friends to learn more about our beautiful religion rather than being prejudice towards us.
I also bought one Quran with Roman Transcript and English translation -All in One- for myself too. Alhamdulilah. It cost for S$15 only! I need this to better myself and educate myself in understanding the Quran. This is truly the most sacred gift that is so close to my heart. My next step towards my resolution. I am so proud of myself. Mashaallah.
Sarina bought herself one too. I am so proud of my bestfriend. May Allah guide her to right path always and grant her jannatul firdous. Inshaallah. Shall we get Zai one too as her wedding present?? Hehe!

We then can't help but to notice the stall opposite with the glam and glitters of Abayyas. I dragged Sarina there coz I really wished to wear Abayya this Eid Mubarak. And Sarina is the BEST person to bring to bazaars coz this homegirl can BARGAIN! And she'll give you the most honest opinion which you'll treasure. So i managed to buy this Abayya for S$70!!! The usual price of it is $85. I am so excited. Is it nice??
