It's my bestfriend's birthday! My beautiful & lovely Zai is 23 years old today. Me & Sarina will be celebrating with her tomorrow. I'm so excited and I really miss her so much.
I really hope she'll like what we have planned for her. And credits to Sarina coz she have put in sooo much effort in this whole thang while I'm so busy caught up with my school tests and projects.

Well, something IDIOTIC happened today... I totally forgot to submit my application for the Edusave Merit Bursary Award and today is the dateline! I was busy planning about Zai's birthday with Sarina, Ira, Rehana & Fazlin, that it slipped my mind. I'm wishing, hoping, praying that they'll accept my application tomorrow or else $400 just went down the drain... *sob sob*

BLESSED and LOVED

You look at me and call me oppressed,
Simply because of the way I'm dressed,

"O ye women, wrap close your cloak, so you won't be bothered by ignorant folk"

Man doesn't tell me to dress this way,
It's a law from God that I obey,
Oppressed is something I'm truly NOT,
For liberation is what I've got,

It was given to me many years ago,
With the right to prosper, the right to grow,
I can climb mountains or cross the seas,
Expand my mind in all degrees,

For God Himself gave us LIB-ER-TY,
When He sent Islam,
To You and Me!
